Rooting for Vegetables – Winter root vegetables, “dirt”, leaves, snails
D’ Chucken – Chicken & duck galantine, carrot, swiss chard, gnocchi
Pear Belle Helene & Frangipane – Poached pear, almond cake, vanilla cream, chocolate ganache
