Doors open at 7:30pm

Names checked at the door, no paper ticket required.


Winter Truffle & Potato Cylinder  – Potato, fondue, truffle, herb, garlic

Seascape  – Shrimp, scallop, sesame sponge, seaweed, cauliflower

Rooting for Vegetables  – Winter root vegetables, “dirt”, leaves, snails

D’ Chucken – Chicken & duck galantine, carrot, swiss chard, gnocchi

Pear Belle Helene & Frangipane  – Poached pear, almond cake, vanilla cream, chocolate ganache
