Fall is the perfect time to learn the basics of soup making!  Soups are a healthy, nutritious, cost-effective, freezable solution to batch cooking on a weekend and eating a delicious hot meal in a hurry on a weeknight.  This class will cover the foundation of how to make 2 great soups and the perfect stock from scratch.  Learn how to layer flavors as you chop, stir, simmer and sample at the end of class with fresh bread of course.
