Roasted pumpkin, root vegetable fricassee, truffle puree, herb pesto, leaves & seeds.

Crescendo
Warm goat cheese & herb tart, late harvest pepper sofrito, seasonal greens, black olive & celery.

Opus
Red wine braised wagyu beef, potato & fall squash galette, rainbow carrot spirals, flat leaf parsley, caper & red onion salad.

Finale
Bittersweet Chocolate pot de crème “cappuccino” & warm cardamom-orange madeleines.
