Our last plant based pop up dinner was so successful we decided to bring it back again.  This Vegetarian pop up dinner will be as delicious as it is beautiful!  You’ll enjoy an unbelievable 5-course Vegetarian dinner that features a gorgeous array of vibrant colors to delight your palate!  Come celebrate this feast for the senses.

February 16, 2019.  5 courses, 3 chefs, 1 seating.  Doors open promptly at 7:30pm.  BYOB  Limited to 44 seats.  (Please note: Vegetarian menu, not Vegan).  No substitutions.  Location:  Cornwall Bakery 15215 Kercheval Ave., Grosse Pointe, MI.  48230

Vegetarian Taco
Crisp winter vegetables marinated with purees & sauces

Waffle, goat cheese, flavors
Green herb & garlic waffle, goat cheese mousse with peperonata, olive caviar, fig jam, truffle and honey.

Deconstructed Vichyssoise
Warm vichyssoise, potato surprise, leeks, mushroom, kale with maldon sea salt

Dulce de leche, citrus & gibassier
Caramelized white chocolate brittle, citrus novelties, candied kumquat, orange-fennel sponge cake
